On Wednesday, March 19, former Sacopee Valley High School standout Caleb Vacchiano’s current college team, the Maine Black Bears, lost 14-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Army Black Knights.
The game took place at Johnson Stadium at Doubleday Field. This was their first matchup against the Black Knights this season.
The Black Bears’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at Bearcats Baseball Complex against Binghamton Bearcats.
