Hello Area Businesses & Friends,
We are excited that the Sugarloaf Marathon is returning on Sunday, May 15th. Sugarloaf Marathon This event is a great tradition for the community and something many folks look forward to participating in annually. Another positive is that the sponsorship dollars received from the event are donated to the Sugarloaf Region Charitable Trust which supports many programs and initiatives throughout our community.
Sugarloaf is so appreciative of the many volunteers who show up year after year to support the event. However, with the race not happening for the past two years, some volunteers have moved on, so we are looking for assistance in filling those positions. There are a total of 18 water stops, including the finish line, and we are looking to staff 4 of those with new crews.
If you are interested in volunteering, please let Sarah know. It would be great if your business, organization or family would like to stake a claim on one of the stops, but we can also assemble a great team with individual volunteers.
