Of the 1,842 people living in South Paris in 2020, 48.7 percent (897) were women and 51.3 percent (945) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Maine Lakes News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 44. In the 65 and over age range, there were 367 females and 192 males.
