Three University of Maine at Farmington undergraduate students are beginning 12-week Maine government internships through the 2022 Maine Government Internship Program.
The student interns from UMF include:
Abigail Cloutier, UMF senior majoring in Visual Arts, from New Gloucester, Maine, serving an internship as a community outreach assistant for the Town of Gray
Chase Holak, UMF senior majoring in Business Economics, from Bluffton, South Carolina, serving an internship in records management and operations with the Maine Department of Education
Erica Sanderson, UMF senior majoring in Actuarial Science, from Farmington, Maine, serving an internship as an accounts payable application assistant with the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Division of Financial and Personnel Services.
The Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center at the University of Maine administers the program that provides full-time, 12-week work experience to students who are Maine residents and scholars attending Maine colleges. 52 Maine college students are participating in this year’s program.
