The Town of Mexico is requesting bids for the demolition of the apartment building and garage located at 13 Dix Avenue, Mexico, Maine. Materials to be buried on site and leveled with gravel.
Bids must be received at the office of the Town Manager, 134 Main Street, Mexico, Maine 04257 by August 16, 2022, at 4pm. Please mark “Demo Bid” on the envelope.
For further information, contact Town Manager, Raquel Welch-Day Tuesday-Friday, 8:00-4:00. The Town of Mexico reserves the right to accept and/or reject all bids.
All bids will be opened on August 16, 2022 during the 6:30 p.m. regular board of selectmens meeting. It is recommended that anyone who places a bid be in attendances at the meeting or send a representative to answer any questions the board may have in regard to the bid.
