Oxford County Sheriff's Office 10th Annual River Valley Walk to End Domestic Violence

At the end of October, Sheriff Wainwright, Rumford Police Chief Tony Milligan, members of the Rumford Police Department, State Senator Lisa Keim, and Oxford County Mental Health professionals, joined members of the community and the Safe Voices team for the 10th Annual River Valley Walk to End Domestic Violence.

Participants walked from Hosmer Field to the American Legion in Rumford to honor those our communities have lost to domestic violence.

Our office wants to recognize Diane Gallagher for her many years of service at Safe Voices. The work she does for the River Valley, and beyond, does not go unnoticed. Thank you for all you do, Diane!

If you or someone you know needs support, know you are not alone.
