Beginning November 1st or 1st snowstorm to April 15th no person shall park a vehicle on any street or road in the Town of Mexico between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. for a period of time more than 30 minutes.
Any vehicle found parked in violation of this ordinance and obstructing snow removal or sanding operations, may be towed at the OWNERS expense. The owner will be charged with towing and storage fees in addition to ticketed amount.
